1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Across India
If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you after order placement.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 15–20 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customized or made-to-order sarees may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹2000 (within India)
Flat-rate or calculated shipping charges apply for orders below the free shipping threshold
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your shipment in real time.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your sarees.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
KOSAKARI is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Re-shipping charges may apply in case of failed delivery attempts.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
Share clear images/videos of the package and product
We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
