Yes, you can request a change in your shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order. Since most of our sarees are made-to-order, we begin processing quickly. Please contact us immediately for any changes.
No, Kosakari Currently ships only within India. We will intimate you when we initiate international Shipping.
Our sarees are handcrafted and made-to-order:
- Processing Time: 15–20 days
- Shipping Time (India): 3–7 days

Yes, every Kosakari saree is handwoven by skilled artisans from Chhattisgarh, preserving traditional kosa silk craftsmanship.
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, and design may
occur—making every saree unique. Colour in the Photoshoot and in actual may
slightly vary due to lighting arrangements.
Kosa silk is a premium, natural silk known for its durability, rich texture, and elegant sheen. It is native to Chhattisgarh and
deeply rooted in its heritage.

Currently, COD is not available due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, production
begins and cancellation may not be possible.
As most products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns. However, in case of damage or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
