At KOSAKARI, we value your trust and aim to provide the best quality sarees. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The saree is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Note: Slight color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or made-to-order sarees

Sarees with blouse stitching or alterations

Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at kosakari.official@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order

Mention your Order ID and reason for return

Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will arrange a free reverse pickup (where available).

If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back, and shipping costs will be reimbursed (subject to approval).

Returns due to customer preference (if accepted) will require the customer to bear return shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The refund will be issued to the original payment method
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

The product is returned without original packaging or tags

The product shows minor signs of handling
The refund amount will be determined after inspection.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
