At KOSAKARI, we value your trust and aim to provide the best quality sarees. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The saree is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Note: Slight color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered defects.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order sarees

  • Sarees with blouse stitching or alterations

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at kosakari.official@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


4. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will arrange a free reverse pickup (where available).

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back, and shipping costs will be reimbursed (subject to approval).

  • Returns due to customer preference (if accepted) will require the customer to bear return shipping charges.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method


6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is returned without original packaging or tags

  • The product shows minor signs of handling

The refund amount will be determined after inspection.

 


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.
